Health is fundamental to the social and economic success of our communities. I enjoy learning about the complexity of what creates and obstructs the health of individual patients and of populations. Ideally, this is an ongoing conversation between the physician and patient, in which we create a space to set goals, assess progress, express concerns and reflect on outcomes. This dialogue should be guided by integrity, compassion and respect on both sides. My practice focuses include wellness, womens health, minor outpatient procedures and care of Spanish-speaking populations. My creative focus is Argentine tango, which I study and practice avidly. I also enjoy leisurely sport climbing and urban hiking.
