I was born and raised in Prairie Village, Kansas, and earned my undergraduate degree in Sports Science from the University of Kansas, graduating with Honors in 2000. I continued my education at the University of Kansas, where I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy and again graduated with Honors in 2002. My passion for sports medicine and orthopedics has led me to practice in Kansas City, Salt Lake City, Utah, Billings, Montana, and now Chapel Hill, North Carolina. These experiences have shaped my evidence-based, compassionate, and straightforward approach to patient care. Through my work in sports medicine, I have had the opportunity to collaborate closely with physicians to build comprehensive, team-based models of care that always place the patient first. Outside of work, I enjoy running, hiking, fly fishing, skiing, and traveling with my wife and children.
