Description
I am a general and non-invasive cardiologist with clinical interests in complex hypertension, cardio-obstetrics (the intersection of cardiovascular care and pregnancy), cardiovascular imaging, and health disparities. I see patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions in both the outpatient and hospital settings. In addition to patient care, I spend time interpreting cardiovascular imaging studies, including echocardiograms (heart ultrasounds). I cherish the opportunity to work with trainees at a strong teaching institution like UNC. Above all, I am passionate about patient care and education, and I value a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to medicine.
